Roy decided to take his little friends to a bar. because hughes has been dead for a while (we all miss him still x3) riza is too strict and won't let him get drunk easily and other people are too busy doing His paperwork. so Roy brings bunch of little underaged kids. very responsible of him xD

so Roy is already wasted from sake (he is asian too, don't generally take alcohol that well)
